Would you like to do something worthwhile, meet new people and make a positive difference to people’s lives?

Then why not volunteer for Jigsaw? We are currently looking for volunteers to help provide group support on our sports and social outings, which take place in the evenings and at weekends.

Most of our volunteers find that their lives are enriched by helping out at Jigsaw, and many find the experience helps them in their future careers, as well as generally helping them to meet new people or even just boost their confidence. They usually learn a lot about disability and gain many valuable skills. Many volunteers find that volunteering for Jigsaw also strengthens university and job applications.

All we ask is a little of your time, perhaps a few hours a week or month. In return we will offer you on-going support and training. All travel and out of pocket expenses are reimbursed.

As well as looking for people to volunteer on sports and social activities, we are also looking for people to support members on our more educational courses that we are running. Furthermore, we are also looking for volunteers to sell items for us in our ebay shop to help raise much needed funds.

And finally, when Jigsaw recruits for new staff, volunteers are always welcome to apply, with vacancies always offered internally.
